Jordan is a commercial litigation associate. He has represented domestic and international clients in high-stakes disputes in a variety of industries, including aerospace, digital media, entertainment, financial services, mining, and public utilities. Jordan's practice focuses on disputes involving employment restrictive covenants, professional malpractice, commercial development, real property, and trust and estate matters.

Jordan also has experience in FCPA compliance, and with securities and white-collar criminal litigation, enforcement, and regulation. Jordan also has successfully represented numerous pro bono clients in housing, immigration, and asylum matters.
